Unresponsive Remote

When the pairing screen appears, hold the button combination shown on your TV. On supported models this may be the OK and Home buttons.

Voice Command Errors

If voice search uses Google services, verify the account connection and confirm microphone permission is enabled.

Display & Audio

Black Screen / No Signal

Check that the HDMI cable is fully seated, select the matching TV input, and test another HDMI port when available.

No Sound / Sync Issues

Set Audio Output to Auto when available, restart the active media app, and test the TV speakers before changing advanced audio settings.

App & Software Health

Keep your vSeeBox running smoothly with regular software maintenance and enough free internal storage.

Clear App Cache

Open Settings > Apps, select the affected app, and choose Clear Cache. Menu names may vary by system version.

System Updates

Check the System Update area periodically and install approved updates while the device has stable power and internet.

Storage Alert

Keep at least 2GB of free internal storage when possible. Remove unused apps and downloads before installing additional software.

Factory Reset

A factory reset erases user data, installed apps, and saved credentials. Use it only after other troubleshooting steps have failed.

Method 01: System Menu

Open Settings and locate Device Preferences, System, or About, then choose Factory Reset. Use the current device PIN when prompted. Menu names vary by model.

Method 02: Hardware Reset

Use this only when your model has a documented reset button. Disconnect power and follow the model-specific guide or contact support before using a paperclip or reset pin.
